Locals allege that Mahbubur Rahman, headmaster of Shaulahar Government Primary School in Dior Union of Birampur upazila of Dinajpur district, is constructing his house by occupying the playground inside the boundary wall of the school.
After verifying the allegations, construction workers went to the ground at 12 noon on May 26 and were seen working in the middle of the field.
