Kurigram has been selected as the best district in the Rangpur Range of Bangladesh Police under the dedicated and strong leadership of Syeda Jannat Ara, Kurigram District Superintendent of Police (promoted to the post of Additional DIG).
Mr. Syeda Jannat Ara, Superintendent of Police, Kurigram (promoted to the post of Additional DIG) has been lauded everywhere for his honesty, dedication and efficiency since joining the district. The district police, Kurigram, has taken the lead in cracking down on drugs and corruption as well as other crimes. InshaAllah, this trend of success of the district police will continue under his able leadership. 16 June 2022 The meeting was held through video conference under the chairmanship of DIG Devdas Bhattacharya (BPM) of Bangladesh Police Rangpur Range at 03:30 pm. The meeting discussed the criminal situation in May last year, arrest warrants in Tamil, law and order situation and other issues related to law and order and crime.
Mr. Syeda Jannat Ara, Superintendent of Police, Kurigram (promoted to Additional DIG post) was selected as the best Superintendent of Police for his meritorious contribution in law and order situation. Also, ASI (unarmed) Md. ASI (unarmed) Md. Shahinur Rahman of Sadar Police Station, Mr. Md. Sumon Reza as Best Circle, Assistant Superintendent of Police Nageshwari Circle, Mr. Md. Mamun Aur Rashid as Special Prize, Kot Police Inspector Special award for recovering phone, ASI (unarmed) Mr. Md. Nasirul Islam, Rajarhat Thana, Kurigram.
