A drop of blood on the white wall?
It looks like fresh blood. Just a drop of blood splashed on the wall.
This blood is no ordinary human blood.
This blood match will find-
Blood of Nawab Siraj-ud-Daula, Netaji Subhas Bose, Titumir, Surya Sen or Khudiram.
Those who have talked about the liberation of Bengalis for ages –
Said about food, clothing, shelter, education and medical care.
Those who have protested against exploitation-oppression, injustice, oppression
While protesting, he paid off his mother’s debt by pouring fresh blood from his chest.
This blood stain is the blood of a body wounded by a bullet in the chest of a great man.
This blood is the blood of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, a great man.
Hridi, today I have called you here to tell you a story-
Sitting on the banks of the right closure of the Brahmaputra river, you see the clear water of the river
You can see the wonderful view of the sun setting in the western horizon in the late afternoon.
One day a wave of blood flowed in the water of this river – many dead bodies flowed.
You must have heard about Siraj-ud-daula, the last independent Nawab of Bengal.
What about the unscrupulous commander Mirzafar?
Due to the dishonesty of Mir Jafar, the sun of independence of Bengal in 1757-
The Nawab’s breast, dyed red with blood, set in the western horizon.
Then, two hundred years of exploitation and torture of Bengalis in this land
Brutal history was written by the British. Just then-
Tungipara village surrounded by greenery on the banks of Baigar river in Gopalganj
Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was born on March 17, 1920.
Who spent his childhood, adolescence and youth in this village,
a common man,
How can Mujib be a friend of Bengal?
Then became the father of the Bengali nation?
I will tell you that today.
This blood stain on the wall belongs to that great man. which-
The dishonesty and conspiracy of relatives like Mirzafar
The brutal brutality of some wayward army personnel is witnessed even today.
This red blood stain on the wall.
On the wall of house number 32 of Dhanmondi – not only on the stairs,
spread all over Bengal.
To the sound of the farmer’s plow and the mournful tune of the shepherd’s flute.
The green is green in the red green flag of Bengal.
Spread on the map of Bengal – in the hearts of millions of people.
A finger of firmness frozen forever
And the voice of fire.
The voice that still floats in the air, is still in the memory of Bengalis.
Banga Bandhu’s fiery historic speech on 7th March
